This pic was clicked on my Trip to Kasol-Kheerganga, 2 years ago. I still remember stopping at the shop during the trek to the Top and meeting this little girl. How happy she seemed by just being in the moment, without any worries about the future or any regrets from the past.
I got into a thought about Happiness. How happy she was. Unspoiled by the desires of the material world. In the Green Mountains, breathing fresh air Or was her happiness even comparable to others. It would be rather philosophical to compare the happiness of two persons. One can not give a general definition of happiness, due to the fact that each person has their own perception of what happiness is. Happiness lies in the eye of the beholder.I won’t go delving into the deeper meaning of happiness but I am sure of one thing that Happiness is contagious. Because watching her being happy in the front of the camera made me happy.
The following quote was literally true in this case –
“Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you’re climbing it.”

Another quote which I like a lot –
It’s great to reminisce about good memories of my past. It was enjoyable when it was today. So learning to enjoy today has two benefits: it gives me happiness right now, and it becomes a good memory later. – George Foreman
